Mayur Kulkarni is a CEO at Adagrad AI, with a passion for research and designing end-to-end products powered by AI. He used to do Competitive Programming for fun and was ranked top 500 worldwide on HackerRank at one point. He has also participated in ACM ICPC Regionals and nearly made it to the world finals. Mayur has worked as a Software Development Engineer (Machine Learning) at Microsoft, where he designed recommendation engines for minimizing risk and unsupervised anomaly detection pipelines. He has also worked as a Course Instructor in Deep Reinforcement Learning at the International Institute of Information Technology – Bangalore, where he was responsible for delivering content in Reinforcement Learning. He has taught topics such as Dynamic Programming, Q-Learning, Deep Q-Learning, Deep Q-Networks, Double DQN, Dueling, Policy Gradients, and a Capstone project to build an Algorithmic Trading bot using Deep Reinforcement Learning. Mayur holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of Pune.
